Confused About Vampire Legends

I'm a bit annoyed because the legends about vampires are not similar to each other.

I don't really know what to believe anymore.

I mean it's cool there so many different options. For example to kill a vampire, but it's also a bit confusing, i am not entirely sure what I want to believe because I have to hold on to something.
