Delight in Cruelty by Geatriz
Delight in Cruelty is a dark story of a vampire, Yuzuki, who loves to torture those who she deems as "guilty."
She finds an immortal, Sole, who can heal himself at will, and Yuzuki finds interest in him because of this fact.
She runs all sorts of her own, twisted "experiments" on him to satisfy her curiosity.
Sole even kind of likes it. Most of the story revolves around Yuzuki.
The story goes into the past, as it shows how Yuzuki became the cold-hearted killer she is today.
The book is narrated from three separate perspectives. Yuzuki, Sole, and Miranda, a super-human vampire hunter.
Miranda isn't enthusiastic about hunting vampires because she has bills to pay, and killing vampires brings in no income. All of these characters come together as the story progresses. Overall, it is a dark, unique story and a great read.
