The wind wailed like a thousand screaming voices ripping threw my hair. My teeth chatterd uncontrollably, as I struggled to walk threw the 5 foot snow.
It was one of the most unsatisfying days of my life. I hated the cold. I could not stand the fact that there was still 2 more months left of winter. I was used to sunny life, the blistering sun on my body the cool breaze of the wind. I was a sunny girl not a cold girl. But no matter how much I wished for the sun it was not going to happened. "Becca!" cried a voice from behind me. I turned round to see a figure approaching. "Becca its me Jesse!" cried the voice of a male. Jesse was my cousin. I real pain but a strong guy. He and I have always been together no matter what. He's parents had died when he was only 4 and we took him in since he had no where to go. He was a year older than me and much taller for his age. I smiled and waved my hand letting him know I was ok. He approached me more friendly than usual. He hugged me tight. His arms wound round my waist. "Jesse I know you have missed me and all but its only been 3 days" "I know its just I have missed you and all" he let go of me while he said this and smiled. I linked his arm around mine and we began to walk.
