Of course we fall in love. The fact that we can detect so much emotion gives us a sense of personal heightened emotion. So, in essence, we can fall deeper into a truer love than the average human, though, most are known to be flighty and generally enjoy passion and lust over actual love. It's wrong to think we don't love, though. Trust me, it's not fun having people assume you're heartless...

I know our kind is said to be cold, heartless monsters, but whoever believes that is wrong and has seen to many dumb hollywoodized movies. All vampires can fall in love like all fleshies do. fleshies are humans. I am in love with someone I am not supposed to. He isnt not human, but he is not my kind. We all, on this cursed world, in this cursed life, fall in love. sometimes one that last forever. sometimes more than once til we find that one species. does that answer your question?

If you're referring to movie and other fictional vampires, most of these vampires are romantic beings, and yes they do fall in love (intensely), just that falling in love entails (most) of the time, drinking the blood of their love interest. If you're referring to real life vampires, they are actually as vulnerable as you are when falling in love, basically because vampires are just humans too, just a special type though.
