I think Jasper Hale is the hottest vampire because he is a mixture of good and bad vamp.
He was turned into a vampire during the Civil War, and straight into a Vampire war. He was the strongest of the group, and trained all the other soldiers. This shows that Jasper is brave, courageous and strong.
Jasper stayed at this life for many, many years; it was the only life he thought possible. But he wasn't happy. Jasper has a gift to sense and manipulate the emotions of others around him, and he didn't know this. Whenever he wold feed off of a human, he would come back with a kind of depression. He escaped the war life and found love and a family.
But he was still unpredictable.
Because Jasper was so used to eating anything human, he struggled to be in an environment where he was close to them. He could handle it.... mostly. He has a wild side that may occasionally take a snap at you.
In this new life, we see a Jasper who is fiercely loyal and protective of his family, struggles and overcomes obstacles to do the right thing, and, lets face it, it really damn hot!
