Interview with The Vampire - Best Vampire Book Ever

Based on the book by Anne Rice. This, in my opinion, was one of the best adaptations from novel to movie screen I have ever seen. The cast chosen to play the vampires was just spectacular. Lestat is my favorite vampire character of them all, and though I am not a huge fan of Tom Cruise, I give him full credit for his role as Lestat. He truly was the embodiment of that character, as were Brad Pitt as the brooding Louis(and I'm not a huge fan of his either) and especially Kirsten Dunst as Claudia.

I agree completely. I loved the movie and thought they managed to keep the book intent pretty close to the original meaning. I was surprised at the actors chosen to play the roles but think they pulled it off magnificently. I'm currently trying to draw Lestat and Louis so if you know of any good web sites that have decent pictures of them in character, please let me know. You can view some of my drawings on this site
