I've been drawing portraits of people in the area where I live, but in Salem Al there aren't a lot of art lovers, so my niece told me she had bought a drawing of her favorite movie star and suggested it would be a good side line for when I'm between commissions. Since Twilight is my favorite movie in the world I started with it's characters. Each picture is 11 in by 8 inches and is signed with my name, the name of the character, plus their real name but my scanner kept cutting off the bottom of my paper so you can't see much of that. Each drawing is done in graphite and charcoal. My plan was to sell them for only $25,00 and they usually take me about 48 hours to finish one. But since I'm disabled and unable to drive it's a great way to stay busy and still make some money.

These sketches are excellent! If you hadn't told me, I'd have thought the smaller thumbnails are actually photos! In the black and white style that you use, it would be interesting to see some sketches of historical figures from American History and also the golden age of Hollywood. I bet they would be spectacular!
