The Vampire Bloodline Ahrimanes is a bloodline originating from the Country Gangrel Antitribu.

Their founder, Muricia studied the powers of the local Shamans and used their magic to break her blood-bond with that of her sire; hence, avoiding being in the middle of the constant warfare between the two Gangrel Antitribus:

• City Gangrel and
• Country Gangrel

The blood magic Muricia used to successfully separate her from the Gangrel Vampire Clan also mutated her blood, turning her into something more than a vampire and it even changed her vampiric looks.

Though powerful and indispensable, the ritual caused her unable to “sire” or create new vampires anymore.

This however didn’t stop her from breeding new followers. Using the same ritual, she discovered how to use and make the Gangrel like her which means, all Ahrimanes were Gangrel before they joined Muricia’s bloodline.

Muricia believed men to be inferior and trouble-makers that’s why she chose only females to join the Ahrimanes bloodline.

Members of Gangrel vampire clan who want to join the Ahrimanes must first give-up their former clan before they are accepted.

The Ahrimanes is considered an artificial bloodline, having that members aren’t created the “natural way” of turning a vampire, i.e. the classic “embrace of the vampire” due to the fact that Muricia is unable to sire new vampires after her mutation.

And because of this, there are only but few members of the Ahrimanes bloodline. They are primarily found in the areas of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana and nearby areas.

Members of the Ahrimanes are extremely violent and secretive. They lavishly enjoy wealth, luxuries, and freedom. They also have a noticeable control over many human beings as pawns.

Muricia's Ahrimanes are highly accepted by the Sabbat as the sect vaues freedom. They are also the Sabbat's protector against werewolf threats.

They practice the unique Spiritus discipline.
