vamprie blooline lhiannanThe true origins of the Vampire Bloodline Lhiannan were enveloped in mysteries.

Though kindred of other bloodlines generally believe that they have descended from the Gangrel vampire clan and are therefore descendants of Cain himself, they believe otherwise.

They choose to believe that they were created by the Crone a mysterious being (who may be Lilith) mentioned in the Book of Nod.

Accordingly, the Crone created the first Lhiannan by infusing a woodland spirit into a vampire.

The spirit's power supposedly lessens for each new childer as it's essence is shared with each new member of the bloodline resulting to weaker next generations compared to their progenitor and higher generations.

All Lhiannan grow weak once they leave their territory for more than a few days, this is because they are closely tied and bound to land or their territory.

They practice druidism and paganism; to keep them strong, they make offerings to the local spirits, mainly in the form of blood sacrifices.

They just couldn't get away from their woodland without getting weak.

They have a "unique" connection to the world of spirits, noticeably, in the form of the discipline Ogham. This gives them an inhuman aura that is obvious even to mortals.

The Lhiannan noticeably decreased in number in the Dark Ages. They found it harder to prey on humans as humans gathered in the cities away from them, who were among the woods.

Also, being unable to leave their place of comfort, they were an easy prey during the Inquisition, their inhuman auras and obvious pagan rituals added to this misfortune as well.

By the time of the War of Princes, only about 20 members of this bloodline managed to survived all over Europe, and none passed the end of the 14th century.
