If the dark never ends
Life will end for me
I cannot stand hunger
For much longer
In the Dead of night,
I will wake to end this
immortality.


You and I
will meet in the woods
behind your house
I haven't sipped blood for
weeks.

You are human
I am not
I brush a tear off your cheek
We kiss one more time
We hold hands
And wait for the sun

I will fade away
And please gather my ashes
Let me be blown away,
With the wind
