Real vampires don't burn or melt or something like that because of sunlight, they are humans like everyone. They're but humans with fangs and who drinks blood. Stop watching so many movies... lol

We really just have a natural evasive character toward sunlight. Most have light sensitivity and burn rather rapidly when exposed to UV rays, but it's nothing like the myths and media make it out to be.

Vampires avoid sunlight due to the fact they are lacking certain vitamins which you can "redly"(ha ha)get from fresh blood or raw meats. So they will only have blisters and get bad sunburns, also this same problem goes for the light sensitivity.

As opposed to the popular belief, real life vampires don't get burn from the sun's rays, well at least not literally. Real vampires naturally have paler skin tone than the average human being and do get easily sun-burnt but that's just it, no violent explosions or ashes as you'd normally see on film. As you may know by now, the media has a way of sensationalizing things and in the case of vampires and vampirism, things weren't just exagerated by the media but by wrong beliefs, culture, and myths. This is why people nowadays still gets the notion that the undead does exists. So vampires don't really get burn from the sun, they just easily get "sun-burnt".
