Where Do Vampires Live?

Ever since I knew vampires existed, I've always wanted to be one...

For a whole year, I've done reaserch about them. Learning everything I can then writing it down.

Still, with all my research, I don't know where most vampires live. So that's when you come in!

My mom told me when I was little that they live in Philadelphia, but I don't think she's right.

Any info will help...

hey guyz! i also think nd m sure that vampires do exist but what some people have written on the top seems to be funny to me.. what is this buddies? vampires are using computers and telling us that they exists, really funny hahahahaha.. :-) what they have written that " m vampire, m dracula" i dont think so... well leave this..
I have search on this topic very much and i have found that vampires really exist not sure about dracula but vampires really exist, they are found in the jungles of africa and a little bit in europe...they suck blood of humans as well as animals they are very strong and heartless. they have pale white skin and they are attractive they didn't sleep. they live long and long and long but i think they also die because everything in this world is made to be destory.. u and me and everyone... thankz for reading..

Do all vampires go to hell when they die? NEW

I would like to know what happens to vampires when they die, do they go to hell? If they have chosen to not drink humans blood, do they go to heaven? Do they roam the earth as a ghost after they die? Do vampires become ghosts? How do people know they are a vampire once a "newborn"? Does becoming a vampire heal the body, like does it heal any wounds or something like that if you understand that question. Is the vampire that has bitten the "newborn" become the "newborn's" master? Do "newborns" have to leave their families and start over like their families had never exsisted? Where can people find vampires?

for fact my cousins have a good friend... hes one of the top guns in A sabor clan... these wonderful n most thrilling, exciting, n intresting ppl... he most def showed them his teeth n how they come out... i love vamps <3 so disappointed i missed that tho :( ... ive seen a few myself in a hot spot in FL ... they can be creepy at times but most def not scaary... shady too sometimes... anyways i love them all the same... so back to the dude, he let my cousin hold his teeth neckless for a short while n i guess some other vamps peeped it n just randomly in the middle of the night (i think it was like 1030 or somethin give or take an hour) just rolled up on him n ask him wat clan he in... my cousin was lost n confused n when he told his friend, the dude said yea you probably shouldnt hold onto my chain n took it back... they"re most def real... but u gotta think bout it... now wat would happen if the whole world or even if jus one whole country found this out... i'm sorry but i have to tell u dis vampires their just normal people who had been suffering from porphyria wich makes them drink blood not go out in the sun or hve fangs because the skin of gums and lips might get tightened and stretch so their teeth might look like fangs. and there were dracula but he wasn't a vampire he was a king after his father died in romania his name was Vlad Dracula and he killed a lot of poeple and he used todo the impalement a really paineful torture and that's how staking existed i did though that vsmpires existed but now my english tacher gave us an essignment and we have topick ufo's or vampires all of the student picked vampires and as went through the research i realised that vampires don't exist. Sorry to disapoint u guys i know ir would've been cool to have vamps here but they don't exist!!! sorry again!

check out fvza.org, the federal vampire and zombie agency.. anyway, in major cities, vampires live in abandoned houses,abandoned warehouses,sewers,and abandoned underground subway tunnels(beware of riding the subway tunnels at 3 a.m. in the morning in cities like new york city,detroit,and chicago!! these cities have a long history of vampires that date back to the early 1800's)(something that the government hasnt allowed to be told in history books)!! anyway, in the country vampires live in abandoned mines,caves,and abandoned barns!! hope this helps!!!!

Vampires most likely live in cold,wet,cloudy places.
Cold so that if anyone touches them by mistake and they feel that they are cold then they will have and excuse because of the weather.Wet so that clouds will be out so that they won't see the sun, so that the sun can't expose/hurt them in any way. Cloudy because of the wet reason the sun won't do anything to them.

I really don't know for a true fact vampires are real, but I would love to get to know one if they truly are.

I feel they are smart and beautiful and amazing for living for so long. I think it's sad that they can live for so long and feel so alone.

I would love to live a long life with a vampire and see the world. I am sure there are consequences but isn't there always? I have a huge imagination and I feel the need for something different, this life just does not excite me, especially my generation.

I have to say that it is possible but vampires can live anywhere as they please but there is only a few ways to tell and those are if the have blood on the corners of their mouth,have a lot of bat items and they would keep to them selves. if you enrage one it is best to keep out of their sight and out of their way I should know a few more things just comment back on this and I will return with more

I think most people are mislead about this subject ,the modern vampire is based on vlad the Romanian king,to some a hero and to others a blood thirsty mad man,but there are legends that are much earlier than that.I would not hold my breath on finding a real vampire they simply do not exist,if they did all the rich and powerful would be involved and soon after all people would want this power,people that think they are vampires are simply confused about reality .so ur love for the vampire should be used to right a book or bring him into a new century for people to love and hate don't try to find or become the vampire u will only be disappointed.it is natural to feel connected to the vampire because he is all are fantasys immortal,powerful and able to seduce anyone .u are not the first or the last that wants what don't exist .

Well I think they're awesome. I've wanted to be one and read a lot of books about them (except Twilight/Vampire Diaries. Seriously, vampires sparkle? 'Nuff said.)And most of them say that they are not afraid of garlic, holy water, crosses, because vampires are not really evil. They have good blood, and that vampires are not really 'undead'. If they were, then they'd be zombies. Vampires drink blood - yes, it's true. But in most I've read, they only take a little blood from the human they choose to feed on, not killing them. They die in sunlight - that's true too, because everything agrees on that. But ... I'm wondering. What IS it like to be a vampire? Is it lonely, awesome, or someting?
P.S: I don't believe Druscilla. Vampires don't normally go around saying, 'Hey, dude, I'm a vampire' and stuff like that.

hey guys my name is Druscilla and what all of you guys are saying is crap (except for the part of loving vamps). i am a vampire and we are very different to what you think, think of unicorns we know they arent real because the orriginated from horses and rhinos, people thought they were unicorns because they look like them or someone who saw them was drunk. but this is not the case with vampires. vampires were discriminated against because they looked different, we came from a race with very light skin, large pointy teeth (evolution) and our culture was to wear dark clothes and drink animal blood. since our race was so different we were treated badly and were forced to sleep in dead peoples coffin things, and with such light skin were forced to work in the burning sun wearing clothes like capes to keep out the sun and smell. the reason we were though badly of was because we had such sharp teeth and were thought of being dangerous and they wanted us to fear them. us vampires are not immortal but we live longer because of no skin cancer and drinking animal blood. it is true we get headaches if we dont drink enough blood but we only hurt other races if we are absolutely desperate. we live in normal places (mostly in flats) and a huge population of us lived in romania for a while before the war. oh and before i stop writing i would like to say thankyou people for letting our race stay alive, for any questions or anything like that ask Druscilla
p.s. the reason im on here is to laugh at what you make of us (lmto) and i had to add so you guys could understand oh and its nice some of you want to be a vampire but it is a sad life.

I love this book called VAMPIRE KNIGHT, IT'S FREAKING AWESOME. How they explain how vampires are is so amazing. How the normal people don't know what they are.

Cross academy has night school and day school for normies. I love the night class, I wish they would exist..or maybe they do..we just don't know.

I know that there are very many want to be vampires, and some who really do believe they are.

I only know that these stories of beings like this has been told since biblical times, and still goes on today.

Way before dentist where extending eye teeth, and people where starting a form of vampire non-sense.

I saw a woman with cold black hair, it was long curly and very lovely. She got my attention for she was very pretty, with bright red plump lips. But her pupils very wide and face pale as snow, I locked eyes with her drawn in by her. In my gut I knew something wasn't quite right, when she smiled I seen very sharp curved inward teeth.

They where extremely long and all I wanted to do then is get as far away from her as I could. This was a well lighted area right in front of a store.

I was right in front of her no more than 4 feet away, and still I doubt. But if these beings are real they keep the numbers of their kind small to keep from being discovered. But still yet that night sometimes pops up to puzzle my mind.

hmm yes I know vampires exist cuz I've dated one, here are some facts that might help you out in your "quest" to find them.

They can walk in sunlight they just wear black robes and that kind of stuff to protect themselves.
They have pale skin, the skin does reflect a bit from the sunlight if you watch close enough you can see it
I know for a fact that not every vampire is immortal some are some aren't it depends on who bite them or gave birth to them and remember this if they have sex with a person or amongst themselves they WILL lose their immortality
and yes they do have special talents like reading minds and control your feelings and see into the future hmm I know it all sounds like twilight but it ain't and they can be with humans you know have some kind of relationship with humans and no they mostly don't go berserk when a human drops a bit of blood, they normally eat meat and vegetables and such like humans they are allergic to garlic but it wont keep them away or kill them it just gives a horrible rash trust me I tried it myself and surprise I'm a vampire myself I've lived for like 130 years by tomorrow ;) I just pretend to be 20 tomorrow

As much as I want to be a vampire (one of the undead)I started to think, vampires might be beautiful,sexy,cunning,dark and evil creatures.

But the thing is a vampire gets the same life for eternity on their own. To wonder the world alone and unloved. People only believe books and films because of the idea of these beings. Allow me to doubt about your nature. Mainly by how you express yourself in writing, your lack of attention and secondly because I do not understand why a vampire would bother to give us this information.
And allow me to doubt on the truth of the information submitted, because in many local history, vampires (which we call moroi) are described as creatures without a lot of intelligence coming out at night to feed, in speial with animal blood.
They have no emotions, no artistic sense,they hardly have any brain.
I think you read too many books by Anne Rice, which is good because I like very much the books written by her, but I do not forget that fiction remains fiction.

Sabrina do you know for sure that vampires live in Transylvania (correct writing in Romanian)?

I have visited quite often that part of Romania, I have many friends and even a cousin living there, but so far I have not heard of vampires living in Transylvania.

Vampires live in Transylvania, some say Pennsylvania but I think they are wrong.

I also do alot of research on Vampires; I love twilight and do ec in college for just research about Vampires. I know Monsters, goblins, gouls, are fake but i Know Vampires are real!!!!!!:)

I live in Shirebrook near London and Sheffield and there is no vampires around that I know of.Bytheway I am really fasanated by vampires because nearly every single book that has came out about them. But if I hopefully see one( by there pale faces) I will surely let you know.

Vampires in Romania

I am from Romania, and here there are no vampires. The real Vlad Tepes, known as Dracula, has nothing to do with vampires. He ruled in the Romanian country, and not in Transylvania which then was a separate country (in that period Romania was divided in three countries: Romanian country, Moldova and Transylvania).
There is no real link between the historical Vlad Dracula (1431-1476) and modern literary myth, of the vampire, which is Bram Stoker's book.
Vlad was not a cruel and bloodthirsty monster , he was ambitious and wanted a free country, where order and honesty reign.
In Romania there are myths and legends as in any other country. There are no evidence that vampires exist (although the elderly know many stories in which vampires are portrayed as bloodthirsty monsters without self-consciousness, there are also all sorts of legends about vampires and ghost who visit their families because they miss them and want to help them).

It seems that you're referring to mythological or folkloric vampires that you see on movies or read on books. These vampires usually live in castles, sewers, or on the road with their loyal Gypsies.

The most popular place for these vampires is Transylvania where Dracula's Castle is.

But if you want to know the whereabouts of real life vampires or real vampires who are far from what you hear on vampire stories, movies, and books. They are in every part of the world and I would advise you NOT to search to meet vampires or other vampires if you happened to be a vampire on the internet as it is a very open medium, by doing so you might get yourself in trouble with advantageous strangers you may just pretend to be vampires themselves just to take advantage of your interests.

By Real life vampires, I'm referring to people who are somewhat just like you, an average person at first glance, just that vampires have very special needs and abilities. They don't live forever but yes they do age slower than the average human being.
